4、 Discharge device

The horizontal plow blade mixer is usually equipped with a pneumatic curved flap valve. When the valve is closed, the curved flap of the valve fully fits the curved surface of the cylinder. During the mixing process, there are no excess mixing dead corners, making the mixed material more uniform. The drive of valves can be divided into three types: manual, pneumatic, and electric. Valves for reference include powder spherical valve, roller valve, plum blossom dislocation valve, powder butterfly valve, rotary feeding valve, etc.

5、 Auxiliary components

The mixer can be equipped with various components for use, including coil steam jacket, honeycomb pressure jacket, circulating medium jacket, online sampling valve, high-speed flying knife, temperature detection, weighing system, dust removal and purification components. The jacket of the mixer adopts different forms of jackets according to different heat source media, which can be heated and cooled, with high temperatures within 250 degrees Celsius. When a small amount of liquid is added, a liquid spraying spray device is required to facilitate the uniform dispersion and mixing of the liquid in the main material. The spraying system consists of three basic components: a pressure source, a liquid storage tank, and a nozzle.

6、 Dynamic shaft seal

The mixer is designed with three sealing modes: packing seal, combined gas seal, and mechanical seal; Used to solve the spindle sealing of particle, powder, micron level powder, liquid, and slurry states.

The plow blade mixer is a single shaft forced mixing equipment, with multiple sets of plow blade mixers installed on the main shaft and continuously installed in a staggered manner. The structure avoids mixing dead corners, and during operation, uninterrupted vortex centrifugal force is generated. The misaligned plow blades continue to stir, and the vortex centrifugal material flow continuously overlaps and disperses, causing the material to boil and form a convective circulation, rapidly stirring the material. Agglomerated materials such as fibers or wet agglomerated or liquid agglomerated powders are dispersed and separated by high-speed flying knives installed in the plow mixer, combined with the convective circulation formed by the plow mixer when stirring the materials. The high-speed flying knife is installed at a 45 degree downward angle on the side of the plow mixing machine barrel, and the blade extends into the barrel. During mixing, the material is driven to the effective range of the flying knife by the plow knife, and is cut at high speed by the flying knife.
